Eric M Crawley


Eric has over thirty-five years of experience in voice & data telecommunications engineering and operations roles for a variety of prominent telecommunications companies. While helping clients assess, design and maintain their communications infrastructure and applications, he has developed a keen understanding of how these technologies affect not only his clients’ businesses but their customers as well. This end-to-end understanding of the full telecom ecosystem and its impact on organizational effectiveness is gleaned from years of practical experience and uniquely informs the approach taken at DTS.


As Founder/CEO and Chief Architect Eric provides the primary vision and operations direction for the organization. Paramount among his guiding principles for the company is that it maintains a vendor independent profile and therefore is always positioned to be a trusted advisor to clients who need the expertise and resources to design, select, procure and implement voice and data communications solutions.


Eric’s career has included stops at Nortel Networks and Bell Atlantic. His areas of expertise include IP Telephony Migration, Advanced Contact Center & CTI Application Design, and Strategic Planning & Management Services.


Bruce H Burgess


With 40 years experience in voice, video, and data network design, installation, and operations, Bruce provides project management, technical leadership, and configuration guidance on large scale implementation projects. He has worked with clients in a consulting environment on all major manufacturers' systems for commercial businesses, industrial enterprises, health care institutions, and government. His work with large enterprises has provided him with extensive knowledge and experience across technical and business disciplines which enable him to provide process improvement for his clients.


As Senior Consultant / Director of Project Management Bruce handles the most complex and demanding projects for DTS. He has written extensively on IT and telecommunications subjects. He authored Object-Oriented Concepts, "A Call Processing Architecture," "Making Your Customers Part of Your Enterprise," and "Using Centrex as a Disaster Recovery Vehicle for PABXs." He co-authored A Brief Introduction to the Zachman Framework and Zachman Framework Concepts. Bruce published the Computer Based Education and Reference Library for the Health Information Resources Service of the United States Air Force, known as the HIRS CyBER Library.
Bruce has held executive positions at Meridian Bancorp, Delaware Trust Company, and Wheaton Industries. He received a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University), and a Diploma in Banking from the American Institute of Banking. In 1997, Bruce was elected to the Society of Telecommunications Consultants and has served the organization as Vice President and member of the Board of Directors.


William H Stuart


Bill has been providing customers and clients expert communications advice and support for almost twenty five years. Throughout his career Bill has been a champion of emerging technology solutions - from the early days of computer-based telephony, voice mail and contact center technology up through the current trends in unified communications, mobility and converged network solutions – while maintaining a focus on ensuring those technologies are leveraged for discernable business value.


As Principal Consultant / Director of Business Development Bill is the primary client relationship contact for the company. Integral to this role is developing a comprehensive understanding of a client’s organization and business requirements and matching the right resources to meet their needs. In doing so, Bill also ensures that the company maintains a vendor independent profile while providing a high level of expertise to our clients.


Prior to DTS, Bill served time as US Business Development Manager for Unified Communications and Mobility at Siemens Enterprise Networks and as a Senior Solution Strategist at CA, Inc. (formerly Computer Associates) focusing on converged network management, systems management and data center automation. He holds a BA in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania. 



Mark C. Aceto


Mark has over 30 years in the telecommunications business having worked for major companies as well as his own business selling, installing and servicing voice, data, VOIP and cabling infrastructure systems. The ownership experience allowed Mark to directly understand the challenges a business has achieving the delicate balance between investing in the future while responding to short term business issues and maintaining a positive cash flow.


As a Principal Consultant / Client Relations Executive, Mark provides insight and guidance to some of DTS' most strategic accounts in the areas of PBX/IP-PBX, converged networks, Hosted IP, Contact Center / Call Center and complex voice/data cable infrastructure projects. He also applies his considerable business management and technology expertise to provide executive Project Management and uniquely informed Vendor Management to the distinct benefit of DTS' clients.


Mark has served as a Regional Sales Manager / Division Director selling to the Enterprise and SMB Markets for major telecommunications players like Verizon, NEC, Ericsson and Black Box. Mark has many manufacturer certifications on voice technologies. He earned a BS degree in Economics from Penn State University.



Claude Cornish


With over thirty years as a communications professional, Claude has pragmatic expertise in voice & data telecommunications, networks, wireless communications, radio, and video. His considerable experience has enabled him to quickly recognize the power and promise of cutting edge technologies. Early in the adoption cycle of VoIP, Claude spearheaded the deployment of one of the largest VoIP systems on the east coast.


As a Principal Consultant/Client Relations Executive, Claude is driven by an ardent commitment to addressing his clients’ business requirements through the prudent application of leading edge, cost efficient communications solutions. His seasoned insight into the way communications technology impacts every aspect of an enterprise, including its customers, enables him to expertly guide his clients in resolving communication issues that can be the source for broader business challenges.


Claude has wide-ranging industry experience touching on nearly every aspect of the communications business. He has served on National and Major Account Development teams, supporting organizations such as EDS, University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, for industry leading solution providers such as GE, Verizon and Motorola - where he gained unique understanding of state-of-the-art radio technologies. Claude has training and marketing certifications on most of the VoIP communication systems being sold today.



Nicholas Hitchcock


Nick Hitchcock has been helping customers to implement secure data networking solutions for over 8 years. His areas of expertise include local area network design, VPN solutions, and Network Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Assessments.


As a Networking Technology Specialist, Nick provides the firm with solid insight into the latest network security technologies. As computers and networks around the world are being systematically victimized by rampant hacking, Nick helps our clients large and small, protect their information.
